Tanika Mullins - Secretary

Hi, I’m Tanika Mullins — wife, proud mom of three, and a Senior Human Resources Business Compliance Partner who actually loves compliance (yes, I’m that person who gets excited about policies and procedures!).

With years of experience in HR strategy and compliance, I’ve built a career around creating structure, supporting people, and making sure the details don’t get overlooked. I believe strong foundations allow people and businesses to thrive — and I’m passionate about helping organizations do just that.

But beyond the boardrooms and compliance checklists, I’m all about family, fun, and living life to the fullest. Whether we’re jetting off on an international adventure, turning up the music for a spontaneous dance party, or binge-watching our favorite shows together, my family is at the heart of everything I do.

To me, life is about balance — working hard, laughing often, and making unforgettable memories along the way.

Our family motto?
Work hard, laugh often, and never stop exploring.
And me personally? I always play chess, not checkers.
